Selling real estate has been my passion for more than 35 years. I enjoy meeting and working with clients and customers. Finding a home for a buyer is a challenge and it is very satisfying when the challenge has been completed. Helping seller’s market their home is just as rewarding! Most of my clients and customers become friends and we continue to be in touch after the property is sold. I have lived in the area all of my life. I love this area! My husband and I have raised two children here and most of our family still resides here. This area provides four seasons and each season is beautiful in its own way. Selling real estate has been my full time job and it is my only job. My goal is to help customers and clients achieve their goal of either buying or selling. I’ve been part of many sales and purchases in residential single family homes, residential multi-family homes, vacant land and commercial. I have been a licensed real estate agent with Bachand Realty for four years. I am currently licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
I have called Duluth home for my whole life and have never felt the desire to move away. All my family and extended family reside in Duluth or its outskirts, minus a few cousins who live closer to the Twin Cities and St. Cloud area. I have very strong roots here and do not plan to leave any time soon. My knowledge and familiarity with the Duluth/Superior area provides me confidence in helping my buyers find the perfect new home and sellers get the right price for their home in today’s current market.
Along with being a licensed real estate agent, I am currently the head coach for the Proctor/Hermantown Mirage Girls High School Hockey team. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I helped manage her family’s retail store, the Duluth Hockey Company. I enjoy working with and servicing people in any situation whether that be through retail, coaching or selling and buying properties. When I am not working or coaching hockey, I enjoy spending time at my family cabin and running or hiking with my three dogs Flash, Nalah, and Kenai.
